The Counter Current rapid pan mixers are suitable for medium sized building operations. They have a dry filling capacity of 500 to 2 000 litres.

The design is open & stationary.

PMSA Counter Current Pan Mixers

  • The pan floor & wall are fitted with easily replaced hear wearing lined segments or optional high alumina ceramic tiles & tungsten carbide coated mixing arms & tools
  • Electro-hydraulic discharge gate operation with 1.1kW power
  • Parts in contact with the mix are easily replaced
  • Central floor discharges are either operated by a hand hydraulic or by electro-hydraulic power pack
  • Upper & lower limit switches & upper emergency limit switch
  • Mixer mounted microwave moisture sensing equipment for automatic control of the moisture content in the mix.

P500 Mixer

  • The PMSA® P500 counter-current rapid pan mixer has a maximum dry filling capacity of up to 500 litres or 700 kg.
  • Mixing pan carried on a sealed ball bearing turntable, driven in a clockwise direction by cut gear transmission & 4kW geared motor drive
  • Eccentrically mounted twin bladed mixing star driven in an anti-clockwise direction by overhead
  • 500 litre tilting loader skip
  • 6 kW loader skip drive with electro-magnetic brake and cable drum.

P1000 Mixer

  • Up to 1 000 litres / 1 300kg dry filling capacity
  • Driven in a clockwise direction but cut gear transmission & 7.5kW geared motor drive
  • Eccentrically mounted twin bladed mixing star driven in an anti-clockwise direction by overhead
  • Supplied with or without 1 000 litre bottom discharge loader skip

P1500 Mixer

  • Up to 1 500 litres / 2 400kg dry filling capacity
  • The pan is carried on a sealed ball bearing turntable, driven in a clockwise direction by an 11kW geared motor unit on a cut gear transmission
  • 2 eccentrically mounted four bladed mixing stars driven by 2 overhead 15kW geared motor units (cross flow mixing system)
  • Can be supplied with 1 500 litre bottom discharge loader skip
